When I try to select the Cloud-base Resources in the rolling menu in order to activate the Automated Translation, Trados SDL Free Lancer crashes into this exception:
(My version: Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.10.9305 - installed last week after some days on the free test version, and after instaling I accepted the new version offered by the own application)

Hi Elisa,
I downloaded the plugins indicated in the article and restarted Trados, but unfortunately it doesn't work either. There is also an error notification: "Connection error No internet connection.Trados Studio requires an internet connection to sync your cloud project files. Check your network and try again". I'm trying now the suggestions given in another article, adding firewall exceptions for Trados https://gateway.sdl.com/CommunityKnowledge?articleName=000001949

Via a remote session we managed to solve the issue by installing the correct Language Weaver plugin version for the clients Trados Studio and installing it. We have tested it and it works fine.
