Issue when shifting from 2019 to 2021 with SDL License Manager

Hello,

I followed the instructions  found on your website in order to migrate our five 2019 licenses to 2021 but I'm experiencing somme issues.

When clicking on Deactivate in SDL License Manager in order to deactivate our 2019 licenses, a long time passed and nothing happened except the waiting animation.

I ended up restarting SDL License Manager and when I click on Deactivate, I now get the following message "Provider error occurred, code : 653. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already updated". This makes me assume that the deactivation is effective. However, despite I selected to upgrade my license in my online profile, when I paste the new key in SDL License Manager and click on Activate, I get the following error: "Provider error occurred, code:999. Quantity cannot be blank or 0" Could you please help there?
