Activation problem

Dear Sirs, 

I changed PC some weeks ago and unfortunately my Trados licence doesn't work anymore.

Take into consideration that our IT Dept disactivated my licence from the old PC and succeded in activating it in the new one.

Todau when I try to open Trados I receive the following message:

Screenshot of Trados Studio activation error message stating 'Activation not successful. No available licenses for the product code specified.' with an OK button.

Can you help me please?
