Hi Support,

when installing the latest update to trados software we get the following error

The Knowledge base said to delete the projects.xml file from the documents>studio 2021 > Projects folder.

When this is done the following error occurs

I have also tried to rename the Studio 2021 folder so a new one is created by the program on first open however it gives the same error as above. I have deleted the newly created folder and renamed the old one back. It also has the original projects.xml file in the projects folder. 

Please can we have some support in getting this software to work?
