Since I downloaded the most recent Windows 11 update I have not been able to open Trados Studio 2021, which I had already updated to the SR2 - 16.2.10.9305 version.

While I managed to bring Windows to a previous date, I still could not open Studio 2021, thus I tried uninstalling it but I am afraid I did it incorrectly. Now when I try to uninstall it, the following error message pops up: "Setup did not complete. Setup detected a different version of this product already installed. If you still wish to remove it or repair that version, you must use that version's installer ".

I am a student and I received access to Trados Studio through my university, which provided us with the SR2 16.2.9.9198 version. When I try to reinstall it, this other error message pops up: "Setup did not complete. The error is: Setup has detected a higher version of this product already installed. If you still wish to install this version, you must remove the other version first."

It seems that I am stuck between not being able to uninstall the latest Studio version and to install the one I have originally been provided with.

How should I proceed? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
