A few weeks ago I purchased (an expensive) Freelance Studio 2021 to 2022 upgrade and, as of yet, never received any installation files.
Has anyone else the same problem? It seems we are paying for software that is still in development and not even available.
Since I also never received release date information or any other confirmation when to expect the arrival of a paid product, this question might be causing some concerns for others as well who are out a few hundert dollars.
