Deactivation Failed - Revocation is either complete or revocaion proof is already uploaded.

Question

I need to deactivate the licence in may notebook to use it in my other computer, but the message above apears and it doesn&acute;t return. 
 I already tried to reset the licence in the licences area at trados but it doesn&acute;t work.
