We're using Passolo 2016 and bought an upgrade to Passolo 2022. We need to deactivate the Passolo 2016 license to activate the Passolo 2022 license. I deactivated the license from the License Manager on Passolo 2016, but the license still shows as in-use on my RWS account. How do I get the Passolo 2016 license properly returned so that I can access the Passolo 2022 license?

The message that I'm getting is "OOS system has failed to Upgrade the Licenses due to an Invalid Expiry Date. We have informed the same to Administrators and Order processing to correct the license expiry date.
