We had to format my laptop, but I was not aware that I needed to deactivate my licence before doing so.
How can I fix the issue, please?
I am unable to use my current code on Trados.

You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Thanks for your email. I had already tried resetting and deactivating and unfortunately, I keep getting an error message.
I'm all out of ideas, so this was my next step.
