I purchased Trados Studio 2019 as well as an upgrade to Trados Studio 2021. I completed some trainings as well. Until October 2021 I also cooperated with RWS as a freelance translator.
Once I finished my cooperation with RWS, I asked for removing my personal details from their database (so that I would not longer receive vendor communication, offers for translation etc.). I clearly underlined that I wanted to keep my licenses, products and trainings.
After that, however, my RWS account was deleted. Now, I cannot access my license key for Trados Studio or my training websites.
Does anyone have an idea how I could restore my account or who I could contact for this issue?
