Upgrade from Studio 2021 to Studio 2022

Hi,

i bought an Upgrade from Studio 21 to 22 which shows in my account:

However, when I click on Upgrade in order to process it, it says I have no Upgrade:

Is this the wrong way to go about the process? Please help!
