Can't activate

I am using Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.10.9305

When I try to activate I am getting a error message:

Error message in Trados Studio activation window stating 'Activation failed' with a red cross icon, followed by XML code indicating 'The specified lock code is invalid.' Button labeled 'Tamam' is at the bottom.

What should I do?
