I have bought and update my license from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus. But I don't know where is the new file to update the package. Still not published ?

You can download Studio 2022 from your RWS account > Product & Plans > Downloads. You just need to scroll down the page to see it.
