Hello,

I have a problem with my license (no. f088...) which seems activated but is not on my PC (where I left it activated before 2 weeks of holidays).

I thought one of my colleagues had made a mistake in my absence and activated my license instead of hers, so I activated her license (no. 87e...) and it worked, but my colleague told me she had not deactivated her license for quite some time so I don't understand what the problem is and how I was able to activate her license which is already activated on her PC.

I tried deactivating her licence on my PC but it doesn't work (Error message: The deactivation failed. You are not authorized to use this service); fortunately, my colleague doesn't need her license right away, but we would need this issue resolved quickly.

Could you please help us and reset both licenses so things can go back to normal?
