I've installed Trados Studio Professional 2021 but when I try to create a new project an error message pops up saying the system cannot find the source file.

Are the files saved on a shared drive or locally on your computer? If they are on a shared drive please copy them locally and try again. If the issue persists please attach a screenshot with the error message.

we tried uploading both locally saved files and server saved files.
