The first thing to note is you can often do this yourself. You didn't tell us what version so please try these.
For Trados 2007 and Trados Studio 2009 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
For Trados Studio 2011 and Trados Studio 2014 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
For Trados Studio 2015, Trados Studio 2017, Trados Studio 2019, Trados Studio 2021 and Trados Studio 2022 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
If that doesn't help we'll organise a support engineer to do this for you. But it's better to know how to do this yourself I think.
