Technical issue with upgrading studio 2017 to 2022.

I am trying to upgrade Studio Professional 2017 to 2022.

At the same time, some upgrades are available for the client from 2017 to 2019 which do not function when clicked for apgrading.

Meanwhile, when opting for the upgrade from OOS, the program says: The end user has 0 licenses available. 0 of these are already committed to other products on this order.
