Hi,

I'm having problems trying to deactivate my Studio 2021 licence on my laptop in order to activate Trados 2022.

When trying to deactivate the licence, the message "There are multiple instances of this application running. Close the other instances before deactivating the license" appears. The same goes when trying the offline deactivation. Turning off the computer and restarting it does not solve the problem. It seems there is no way to deactivate the licence on my laptop (I have already successfully done this in the past)

Can you please help me?
