Cannot reset licence

I am trying to reset my licence for 2021 and upgrade to 2022. I got the error "Failure in accessing the licence or persistence store. I changed the name of the Studio.lic file in the C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\Data folder.

Please, reset the licence so I can upgrade it.Error message window on Trados Studio 2021 Product Activation screen showing 'Deactivation failed' with details 'Failure in accessing the license or persistence store.'
