Hi there,
I cannot see or activate any licenses in the Licenses section of my RWS account, and so I cannot download anything from the AppStore. Studio 2019 is working fine on my desktop and my license is active, the issue seems to just be with my account. How do I activate my licenses within my RWS account?

You say that Studio 2019 is working fine on your desktop, so it is probably activated (unless you still run in trial mode).
You can check which activation code is used by going to "Help - Product Activation". And in your RWS account under "Licenses" it should show this product key as being in use.
If this is the case everything is fine and to download apps from the AppStore, you simply need use the same credentials as for the RWS account that contains your valid product key.

Thanks for your quick reply! It seems that my version of Studio connects to the wrong account (old email address). I'm not sure how I can change this in Studio, but at least I can access the store. :)

You can change the account used in Studio by clicking on the persona icon on the top right of your screen.
If you are already connected, it may look different, e.g. like this:
To change the account to be used, click on it, then click on 'Sign off' and sign in again with the other account's credentials.
