We need to reset our license to install it on another computer.
Unfortunately, we have already reached the limit of 3 reset in a 12 month period (we have been hacked so it's a bit complicated).
Can you please reset it?

Please try to deactivate the license from the current computer from Studio > Help > product Activation. This is the usual way to transfer the license from one PC to another. The reset option should be used only when this doesn`t work.
