ACTIVATION - INSTALLATION ID

I need to activate my Trados 2011 but there is a problem: the Installation ID in Trados-Offline activation box is not the same which is in my RWS account!

In the activation box there is an Installation ID, but in my account I read only "Can't deactivate"? The ID I receive from SDL Support is different than the one which is in my Offline activation box (and I cannot change it). How is it possible? Is there any other options?
