I have a Freelance Licence Plus with extra activation
I had to replace my desktop computer that crashed and so I could not reset my licence. Now I have to install the licence on my new desktop computer but an issue occurred and I can’t do it
How can I fix this problem?
The message displayed is "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request."
