My name is Camila. I have purchased the license of Trados Studio Freelance L1 - 12 months subscription, but I cannot activate the license in the program. Also, I get the message "an external component produced an exception" (I don't know why, because nobody but me uses my laptop) and no matter what I do it does not go away; and not only that, but I cannot use the program even with the trial version because it closes before I can open a file. I need an immediate solution because since yesterday the purchase is done, the days have started to count, I cannot use the program and I need it to work urgently.
