Moving License To New PC

Hello everyone,

I got a new PC and I am now trying to install SDL 2019 on it.

I tried to deactivate the license offline but I got the "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request." message.

Can anyone help, pls?
