Unable to generate target translation because of "Object reference not set to an instance of an object error" in Trados 2021

Question

Hi, 
 I cannot generate target translation because of "Object reference not set to an instance of an object error" in Trados 2021 and my deadline is tomorrow:

I tried updating and repairing the installation, Multiterm as well, but nothing works. What should I do? PLEASE ANSWER ASAP BECAUSE MY DEADLINE IS TOMORROW. 
 I am also unable to loging to the support website because I keep getting a login error: 
 
 (When I click on email us, I get no email to write to!) 
 Please help me, this is urgent.
