Hi, 

I tried everything that I read on the forum so far as other users had the same problems. After installing SR2 on MultiTerm first and then on Studio, Studio stopped working. 

I tried repair and reinstall - did not work , error message is: 

I tried unwise (un)installer (did not work actually, it left the program on my computer and only made it invisible in the control panel?)

After uninstalling all the plugins , renaming the files in cache,  I could finally proceed to this step: 

I did install C++ redistribuitale directly from Microsoft and finally got this message

As I did not have the correct "msi" file the installation did not proceed...

And finally arrived at this point: 

I also tried to access the ftp server for the accumulative updated installation file for Trados 2021 but I could not log on...
