Good afternoon,
I have to change my laptop and therefore pass Trados licence from the old to the new one.
To try and deactivate my licence on the old pc I went to Product Activation -> Deactivate Offline to view th deactivation certificate, but I get the following message: "There are multiple instances of this application running. Close the other instances before deactivaing the license."
I don't know what these instances are.... What should I do?
