I have just reinstalled my system, I had 2 versions of Trados on it - 2017 and 2019 (I also had purchased 2021 but not installed it yet). I've reinstalled both older Trados versions but I can't activate them, either with their activation keys that I used with them before nor with the 2021 key, it says "Login for this product key has been restricted", what should I do?

You have a 2021 license and this license can only be activated in Studio 2021. If you install and activate Studio 2021 you can also use Studio 2019 on the same computer as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033843
The 2017 and 2019 license keys were removed from your account when you processed the upgrades from 2017 to 2019 and from 2019 to 2021, so they can no logger be used.
