A few weeks ago, we logged a query regarding the shift from SDL 2019 to SDL 2021, since we bought both products at the same time.

Ticket number was 00679788

It took us some time to proceed with the instructions we received then.

Now we are done. The new license manager is installed but it appears that only one seat has been shifted from 2019 to 2021.

Consequently, whereas we have 5 licenses, 4 of them are still considered as 2019 and 1 has been updated to 2021.

We can connect to this license from our clients since it it now setup on our server, but only one user at a time. And the 4 remaining licenses, still in 2019 version are no longer available since we unistalled thye 2019 token server.

Can you please tell how to shift the remaining 4 2019 licenses to 2021 and have them loaded on our license manager?
