Unable to reinstall SDL TRADOS 2017

I had to uninstall and reinstall Studio 2017 due to an issue opening packages. Looks like I uninstalled it incorrectly (did not click on "Suite of products", and when I try to reinstall, I get the following error:

Error message during SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 setup stating 'Setup did not complete. The error is: Setup has detected a higher version of this product already installed. If you still wish to install this version, you must remove the other version first.' with an OK button.

How do I "remove the other version"? I tried following the suggestions provided at https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0032886 but was not able to locate the listed .msi files. (I am using Trados on Windows 11 installed on a Parallels machine on a Mac.)
