I can't enter my profile and get my activation code

Whom it may concern, 
 I'm receiving the next error after I'm tryint to enter my profile, after login, in Trados.com: 
 404 Not Found 
 
 Code: NoSuchKey 
 Message: The specified key does not exist. 
 Key: asp/products/ssl/account/mysupport.aspx 
 RequestId: PNSNF2KSNAQYQEP7

 Also my activation code is not working. I need to reset my PC and reinstall Trados. After trying to enter my code y received this message. I have a freelance plus account.
