It's not a licensing issue but I can't find where to log a case. :( he problem is that I can't start Trados 2021 after I have upgraded to the latest version.
This message keeps popping up:
Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.lProjectManagementService' could not be started.
My 2017 version can be started smoothly.
Does anyone know what to do?

Please try the below steps:
1. Make sure Studio (including any error messages) is closed
2. Go to the folder: C:\Users\%UserName%\Documents\Studio 2021\Projects
3. Find the file “projects.xml” and rename it, for example as “projects.xml_old”
4. Try starting Studio again
