For many years now all you had to do was deactivate in one PC... couple of clicks.  Then reactivate on the new PC... couple of clicks.  Perhaps you better explain a bit exactly why you have so much trouble?

And your problem is?

The process is simply deactivate on one, then reactivate on the other.  All done through here:

I have the Professional version but it shouldn't make any difference which version if you're using activation codes for your licence.

Yes, I know the theory. As you can read in my initial message, real life was not that easy, it took more than 30 min. and several urgent emails !

But why?  How can we even begin to help you if you don't tell us what happened?  If you know the theory then what happened when you tried to apply it?
