Hi,
I've been trying to install Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.10.9305 but I keep receiving an error message "An error occurred and the program was aborted. You can try running the program again but if the same problem repeat, please generate a debug (usually found in C:\ProgramData\SDL\Chainer\Logs) and contact support." XMLException Root element missing.
All Windows updates are installed on my computer. I then tried to install Studio 2021 manually but Studio refuses to start.
Can you help me please?
