I would like to move SDL 2021 from one computer to another.
I went inside the software and clicked on Deactivate, but I got an error message that it failed.
I went in my account on the SDL site and clicked on Deactivate offline, I got a page with the Deactivation authorization, I clicked on Confirm deactivation, but I got an error message: An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.
I went inside the software again, I clicked on deactivate offline, I inserted the authorization code that I had copied from the site, I got an error message about the code not being valid.
I went to the site again, clicked on Reset License, got an error message "an error has occured".
I don't know what else to do, please help me (I have also seen that this is the only way to get in contact with the Support team).
