I successfully installed Trados 2011 on Windows 10, but get the following error when attempting Online Activation: "Activation failed. Socket error 2."

I also whitelisted Trados on my Windows firewall but it didn't help.

Next, I followed the offline activation and deactivation instructions, but when pasting the Installation ID into the Deactivation Certificate box as instructed, I receive the following error: "The Deactivation Certificate entered is not valid. Please check it and try again."

I'm in the middle of a large project and can't afford to lose too much time on this. Any help would be appreciated.
