I need help with the deactivation of Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.10.9305:
There are no multiple instances running as this message pops up every time.

I was contacted by a support specialist but they could not offer a solution. They reset the license on their end but on my end Trados was still activated and working. The problem was that I wanted to deactivate it before making the jump to v2022.
I finally decided to upgrade my license to v2022 through the site, and thus invalidated the original license. This worked!
