If you have any installed plugins I suggest removing them all and trying again. Please close Trados Studio, delete these folders, restart Trados Studio:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins
c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins
Note that there is a problem with accessing the appstore at present so you won't be able to download the latest plugins until this is resolved.
