Hi,
My laptop packed up. I have Studio 2017 active on it. I need to to activate Studio 2017 on my old desktop, so I can carry on working while I get my laptop fixed or replaced.
Please can you tell me how to do this? I went to the offline deactivation screen, but didn't dare click the Confirm window in case that is the wrong thing to do.

You may be able to reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2017.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
