Thanks for your answer. I wasn't aware this license expired. Has my Studio 2015 Freelance Plus license expired too (order #422638)? I need to use an older Studio version as one client file type doesn't work with the 2021 version.

You always purchased upgrades to a newer version so when you upgraded your license the old version of the license was removed and can`t be used anymore. 

The only way to use an older version of Studio is in Trial mode but this is possible only if you haven`t used that version on the current computer before.
