I had this problem late last year, after updating Studio 2021 to SR2 (which I still have). It seems to apply to files containing any kind of table, and also seems to be related to Windows 11 (which I still have). The support staff fixed it by reloading a corrupt .dll file, and things were OK for a while. However, now it is happening again.
