cannot install MultiTerm on my lew laptop

I cannot install MultiTerm on my lew laptop. I managed to install Trados Studio 2021, but when downloading the Multiterm Installer (from my RWS account), and trying to execute it, I receive the following error:

Error message in German stating network error and inability to access the MultiTerm Installer file with a path specified. It suggests checking the name and running a network diagnosis. Error code: 0x80070043, network name not found.

I have no idea what could be the issue for that. Trados Studio is running without problems since the installation.

It looks like Windows cannot access the installer file in your 'Downloads' folder.
I suggest you copy the file to your desktop or redownload it and then launch the installation by double-clicking the file.
