Impossible de démarrer le service sdl.translationstudio.alignmentEditor.AlignementEditorService

Question

After installing the Compatibility and Migration power pack for Trados 2021, I had to restart Studio, and I got this message.... 
 
 I cannot use Trados anymore 
 
 Please help !!!

Hello Harald Tombre 
 Go to: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages\ and remove the Compatibility and Migration power pack for Trados 2021 plugin and see if it works. 
 If it still doesn`t work try to reset Studio as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033669 
 If you need to reinstall the plugin again, make sure it`s the correct version depending on your Studio version (check in Help > About Trados Studio).

Did you also uninstall the Power Pack?
A reset of Studio will not do this. You need to uninstall it by going to your Control Panel, searching for the app by name and then clicking right and selecting "Uninstall" as shown here:
