Trados Studio is back on trial mode but my license still shows it´s being used.

Hi there,

I uninstalled McAfee from a new laptop; and now Trados Studio is back on trial mode but my license shows as if it was still being used.

I tried deactivating off-line and then string of characters appears in a dialogue-box without any further instructions and I really don´t know how to proceed from there.

Please help,
