I have a problem deactivating my licence: my computer crashed yesterday and I had no choice but to reinstall the entire OS. I couldn't access Trados before that so I thought I would deactivate my licence on my SDL account in my web browser. I tried to follow the documentation but when I click on "Can't deactivate online? Deactivate offline" I can't generate the deactivation certificate. After reinstalling Windows and Trados, I tried to follow this : https://docs.rws.com/860861/347316/trados-studio-2021-sr2/desactivation-hors-ligne-du-produit-avec-une-licence-mono-utilisateur but I don't see the "Deactivation authorization". Is there any other way for me to procceed ?
I tried to reset the licence as well but I get an error message.
