Question

Dear team, 
 I upadated to Trados 2021 a month ago, but I am still using Trados 2019 in my computer, though I also activated Trados 2021. Does it mean that I have both licences? 
 I can see in my account that I have a licence for Trados 2021, but in details I see: Allow studio 19 Add-on. 
 I would like to activate a licence in a laptop to work with it when I'm abroad. I don't mind if it is Trados 2019 or Trados 2021. What do I have to do?

Hi Elisa Mateo 
 As you paid for an upgrade going from Trados Studio 2019 to Trados Studio 2021 - it means you exchanged your license quite literally. 
 Trados Studio 2019 will still run but it cant be moved between PC's as you wont have the license for it anymore. 
 This means if you want to go abroad and install software on this alternative device you should use Studio 2021 as you have the license in your account. In practical terms is means you deactivate / return 2021 back into your customer account to then reactivate onto alternative device. I hope this helps - happy safe travels
