I'm having problems deactivating and activating my license for SDL Trados 2017 Freelance Plus.

Question

I did not deactivate my licence on the old computer, as I had to reformat/reset everything due to major trouble; and now I can't deactivate it online with my new computer. I have successfully installed SDL Trados 2017 and SDL Multiterm 2017, but I can't activate it. Anyone can help? Thank you in advance.
