Hello there!
I updated Trados 2021 to version 16.2.11.9327 and now its not opening.
I reinstalled it from my account and it didn't work either.
When I click to open trados, the opening image shows then an empty error message flashes on the screen and nothing happens.
Probably worth making sure you have not got any plugins installed.
Please close Trados Studio, delete these folders, restart Trados Studio:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins
c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins

Thanks for the answer!
I did have plugins installed when I updated Trados.
I just did what you said, deleted the folders, but it is still the same.
I also got in touch with the babel dgt sales manager who is my contact.
He told me to try and reset my instalation, following "Workaround 2" in this link:

I did it and the problem persists...
What else could I do?
