It was like this before installing the Trados Studio 2021 SP today: we recently upgraded our key to the 2022 version, installed it & everything was fine. Both versions were running smoothly.
As of today 2021 cannot be activated - and curiously enough - we even cannot deactivate 2022.

The Studio 2022 license can only be used to activate Studio 2022.
This means that in order for Studio 2021 to work, you will have to install and then license Studio 2022 on the machine where you plan using Studio 2021. If Studio 2022 is activated on a specific machine, Studio 2021 (as long as it’s installed on the same computer) will use the 2022 license in the background and will automatically work.
This is the only solution to have Studio 2021 working because the Studio 2021 license was upgraded to a Studio 2022 license.

Hi,
After installing today's SP for Trados Studio 2021 the software is not activated anymore.
We cannot reactivate it - neither with the key for the 2021 version nor with the new upgraded key for the 2022 version.
Could you please suggest a solution how to fix this issue.
